LINK Undo - Undo an Email Send

LINK Undo is one of many features developed to support your security and convenience.

It’s simple to stop an email from sending with LINK Undo. Once you have composed an email and pressed send, a banner will appear at the bottom of your screen.

Simply tap the “undo” button to stop the send. A green checkmark in the upper right corner confirms that the undo action was successful.

Open

You can access the unsent email in your Drafts folder, make the needed corrections, and resend.

Note: This setting must be configured in the LINK Controller by your admin. The length of time the Undo banner is visible is also adjustable in the LINK Controller.
