Display Mail Folder as Flat or Hierarchy

In LINK, you can organize your folders according to your personal preference. You can choose to display them as Flat or by Hierarchy.

In order to change this setting, tap the gear icon, then select from the display options either Flat or Hierarchy, then tap save.

Tap the folder icon to view your folders in the display mode you’ve chosen.

In Flat view, every folder and subfolder will be displayed separately. Tap the sort button to sort by Name or Folder Path. In this example, we’ve selected Folder Path, which displays subfolders underneath their respective top-level folders. Selecting Name would display all folders and sub-folders in alphabetical order. System folders (Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items, Deleted Items) will always display at the top.

In Hierarchy view, only the top level folder will be displayed. To view the subfolders nested within a top-level folder, tap the down arrow to the right of the folder name. System folders (Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items, Deleted Items) will always display at the top.

Tap the X in the upper left corner to return to the inbox.
