Reply to Email with Calendar Event
In LINK you can reply to an email with a meeting request. When you receive an email that warrants a meeting, send a meeting request as a reply to the email.
From your open email, tap on the reply arrow. A list of options will appear - select “Add Calendar Event”.
A meeting invitation will open with the subject line, recipient email, and body of the email pre-populated, along with the calendar settings from your Outlook Exchange (for example: time zone, reminder minutes, and show as “free”, “busy”, etc.).
You can add a Zoom or Teams meeting link to the email as well - simply toggle on Zoom or Teams towards the bottom of the page. A link will appear in the body of the invitation.
After making your edits, tap the checkmark in the upper right corner to send. A pop-up will appear asking if you’d like to notify attendees - tap yes to confirm.
You will then be taken to your calendar view, where you can see the meeting has been added.
