Inbox Preview: Hide and Show

You can set your email preferences to display various levels of information in your inbox.

Within the email client, access your email settings by tapping on the gear in the upper right corner. Scroll down until you see “Show Preview?”.

You can select Hide or Show. If you select Hide and tap save, you will see that emails in your inbox are displayed with the sender and subject line only.

If you’d like to see more detail for each email, select Show in the email settings. You can also choose the number of preview lines you’d like to see (one, two, or three).

The preview lines will display the first line(s) from the body of the email in addition to the sender and subject line. Once you tap save, you’ll see your selected options displayed in your inbox.
