Email Folders - Search & Hierarchy

Search Outlook Email Folders

Open

Tap the Folder icon from the Inbox to go to Outlook folders.

Open

Type a few letters of the Folder name to search for the folder. Both folders and sub-folders are discovered.

Hierarchy View in Outlook Folders

Open

This is in Hierarchy mode: Sub-folders are nested under top level folders. Tap the down carat to see the sub-folders.

Open

Sub-folders are displayed.

You can set the display mode for Outlook folders as either:

1. Hierarchy

2. Flat

in the Email Settings.
