Open an NRL in the Outlook App

Open an NRL in the Outlook App

Note: Your firm may elect to  use the Microsoft Outlook app with LINK. To do so, the firm IT department must make configurations in the LINK Controller. Contact Support for help with this configuration.

One feature of LINK is that you can open NRLs directly in the LINK app email. However, some law firms have opted for a configuration that allows you to open NRLs in the Outlook app using the “open in hook”.

Tap on the Outlook tile. Then tap on the NRL attachment in an email.

Even if you are using the Outlook app, you will still have access to LINK’s email.

In LINK, tap on the Outlook tile. To open an NRL from an email in the LINK app, simply tap on the NRL attachment.
