VIP - Get VIP Alerts and How to Set VIP the Sound in iOS
LINK has its own VIP category in Email. VIPs are key Email correspondents for whom you want to get a special Alert sound when their emails arrive.
You can also Sort and Filter your Inbox by VIP.
A key feature of VIP in LINK Email is that it is very quick to set a Sender as VIP. For example, if you are expecting a key Email from someone, mark that person as a VIP. Then you will hear a special sound when a VIP email arrives. No longer need to monitor that person? You may quickly clear their VIP status.

How to Set a Sender as a VIP
From the Inbox, swipe from left to right on a Sender’s email and tap VIP.
Swipe again and tap Clear VIP to turn off.
The VIP label is displayed in the Inbox.
You may also Sort and Filter using the VIP category.
2. From an open email, tap the VIP button in the upper right to add the Sender to the VIP category.
Tap again to turn off.
VIP Notifications
VIP Notifications are set in the LINK Email Settings. From the LINK Inbox, tap the Gear icon.
Use the “Send push notifications for” drop down menu to select which emails you want notifications for.
Note: In order to receive LINK’s notifications, you must turn on Notifications in iOS or Android Settings.
Explainer for these options:
Emails to my Inbox: For all Emails except those which bypass the Inbox, e.g., Emails which are filed or deleted by an Outlook rule.
VIP emails to my inbox: Emails which are both in the VIP category and go to the Inbox.
All emails: Self-explanatory
All VIP emails: Includes all VIP emails, even those filed by a rule
Never (disabled): Self-explanatory
Set a VIP Sound in iOS
Tap the Gear icon from the LINK Inbox to go to Settings.
VIP Alert Sound: Use the drop down menu to select a sound.
Save by tapping the Diskette icon.
