Create a Teams Meeting in LINK Calendar

 

Create a Teams Meeting in LINK by beginning in your calendar.

Go into your email application and tap on Calendar at the bottom of your screen. Then create a new Event by tapping on the Pencil icon.

Add the details of your Event - enter a title, assign a category, adjust the time and date, make the event private or urgent, and add a meeting link.

Toggle on Teams Meeting to add a Teams Meeting link. You can see that the meeting link appears in the body of the invitation.

You can add a message as well. Then tap the checkmark in the upper right to save the meeting.

A pop-up will appear asking if you’d like to notify attendees - Tap yes to send your invitation.

From the calendar view, you can see the meeting has been added.
