Sending a Document as a PDF

There are three ways to send a document as a PDF in LINK.

The first option is to send from an open document. Tap the envelope icon in the menu at the bottom right of the document. Select whether you’d like to send only the current page or the full document.

The email draft will open with the document attached in it’s original format. Tap on the ellipsis on to the right and select PDF as the send format. You can verify that the document format has been updated to PDF. After adding your recipients and desired text in the body of the email, tap the paper airplane icon to send the email.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The second option is to send from a document in DMS. Within your DMS, select a document from My Matters. Tap on the ellipsis to the right of the document name, and select Email PDF from the menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then select the email app you’d like to use to send it. Once you tap “select”, the email draft will open with the document attached in PDF format. After adding your recipients and desired text in the body of the email, tap the paper airplane icon to send the email.

 

 

 

 

 


The third option is to send from an email. Compose a new email by tapping the pencil icon on the footer menu. An email draft opens. Tap on the paperclip to attach a document to the email. Select a document from My Files.
