Import a Goodnote to an an iManage, NetDocuments, or OneDrive Folder, or Save to My Files in LINK

This Quick Tip shows how to import a Note from the Goodnotes app to a folder in iManage Work 10, NetDocuments, or OneDrive. You may also save a Note to the My Files encrypted storage in the LINK App.

You may also import files from other apps and from websites using this process.

The key is to look for the Share button (rectangle with up arrow) in the app or on the website.

Start by making a note in the Goodnotes app.

The Share button is key to importing a file to LINK, whether from a third-party app or from a website. Always look for the Share button.

Tap Export this Page or Export All for multi-page note

Tap LINK in app picker

Open

Tap PDF, then Export

Open

Tap iManage Work 10, NetDocuments or OneDrive

Open

File as usual to any folder

Troubleshooting: If you have any issues, make sure that:

1. Your device is running the latest OS version.

2. You have installed the most recent version of Goodnotes, or another files app.

3. You are running the latest version of the LINK App in the App or Play Stores.
