"Offline Mode" Message

If you are editing on an Android device and see one of these messages, “Your device is now in offline mode,” it likely means that the device is in Power Saving Mode.

Turn off Power Saving Mode.

“Your device is now in offline mode.”

“Error. The action could not be completed.”

This message has only been reported on Android devices when editing with the Microsoft Word app with Power Saving Mode on.

Upon returning to the LINK app, these two screens have been reported.

Turn off Power Saving Mode:

In the pull-down screen for Device Control
