How to Annotate a Document in LINK

 

From an open document, tap the Pencil icon in the upper right. Select “Annotate PDF in Link”.

The annotation toolbar is displayed across the top. Tap on a tool to use it.

In this example, we’ll select the Text Highlighter from the Standard tab. You may tap on the color dot on the right to change the color, line thickness, and opacity.

After annotation, you can choose what you’d like to do with your document. There are two action menus with options. Tap the X in the upper left of the document. An action menu will display as a pop-up.

Options include check-in the annotated PDF, send the annotated file as an email attachment, save changes to My Files, or discard the annotations.

From the open saved document, you can choose from the action icons in the lower right of the screen.

Options include air print, email, upload to DMS, save to a folder in My Files, or download / save to My Files.
