Zoom Invitation - Full Zoom Invitation or Hyperlink-Only

In the LINK App you can create a meeting invitation with a Zoom link.

The default setting is that LINK will embed just the Zoom hyperlink in the meeting location field and in the body of the meeting form.

The LINK admin may set a configuration in the LINK Controller so that LINK will always send the traditional, full Zoom invitation. See the illustrations following.

How-to create a Zoom Meeting Invitation

To add Zoom to a meeting, set the Zoom Meeting toggle to On.

When finished, tap the Checkmark to send.

Full Invitation

This is the received event when the full invitation is configured.

Hyperlink-only Invitation

This is the received event when the hyperlink-only is configured.

Just the hyperlink appears in the location field and in the body of the event.

The LINK Admin will configure for the firm whether the full invitation will be displayed or just the hyperlink.
