Emailing a Document: Attachment Format Options Pop-up - Starting in Email
In LINK, you can email a document from your DMS by attaching it as a PDF, a copy, or an NRL/DMS link. Here we’ll outline how to do this starting in your email, but you can also begin the process from your DMS as shown here: https://mobilehelix.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/LDP/pages/356089858
From the Outlook Inbox in LINK, compose a new email by tapping the pencil at the bottom of the screen. Then tap the paperclip to attach a document.
Select the file you wish to send from your DMS, tapping through the folders until you get to the desired file.
A pop-up will appear with options to “Send as a PDF”, “Send a copy”, or “Send an NRL”. In this example, I’ve selected “Send an NRL” - you can see the file is attached as an NRL link.
Finish composing your email and tap the paper airplane in the upper right to send.
After a file is attached, you can also change the format by tapping the Ellipsis icon, as shown here: https://mobilehelix.atlassian.net/wiki/x/CAAoB
