Change the Welcome/Provisioning Email in LINK

  1. Login to the LINK Controller.

  2. Go to the Settings Tab.

  3. Go to “Provisioning Email” section.

  1. Select Template: Any Device, Delegate Login

This means that you are using Active Directory for login.

  1. Provisioning email subject: Change if you care to.

  2. In the body, you can change the email.

    1. Paste in as HTML.

    2. Use the fields shown below, e.g., (1) = user first name to personalize. Use the parentheses, as shown.
