Change an App Tile Image in LINK

This guide shows how to change the image file for the Applications tiles on the LINK Home Screen.

- Login to the LINK Controller

- Go to the Applications Tab

To the right of the target application, click the Pencil to edit.

In Applications tab, tap Pencil.

- In Basic Settings, App Description, Click “+Choose icon”

Upload image.

Ideally the file will be in the range of 150 X 150 pixels.

Transparent .PNG files are recommended.

Note, you may not see the image change in the LINK Controller after uploading until after you Save.

Choose icon: Upload 150 X 150 transparent .png

 

- Save as Shown

-On the Device

To view the new tile image on the device:

  1. User may tap Refresh on the LINK Home Screen to see the change immediately.

  2. Or, the next time that the user does a full AD login, the new image will display.
