This is the questionnaire which we ask you to complete. We will build the VM images from this information.

We recommend that you distribute the questionnaire to all IT stakeholders, e.g., Exchange, AD, DMS, admins and most importantly, the firewall/DMZ/networking tech. After they have seen the questionnaire, we recommend a short conference call for us to answer any questions. Most of this is very straightforward, but we like to make sure that the firewall architecture and configurations are understood by both parties in advance of the deployment.
