For the User:

To Add Teams or Zoom to a Meeting

  • Go to the LINK Calendar.

  • Create a new Event from the Pencil icon.

  • Toggle Teams or Zoom to On, as shown.

  • The received invitation will display the meeting link in the Location field and in the invitation body.

To Add Teams or Zoom to an Email

  • Compose a new Email or a Reply.

  • Tap the + mark in the format menu.

    • On a tablet there is no need to tap the + mark. The Zoom and Teams icons are displayed.

  • Then, tap either the Zoom (video camera) or Teams icon.

  • The meeting link will be displayed in the body of the email.

For the LINK Admin

Turn on Teams and/or Zoom in the LINK Controller

  • Go to: Resource Tab

  • Go to: Email Resource

  • Complete fields as shown
