This Quick Tip is for adding a client-side signature to your Email in LINK.

Ways to Add a Signature:

  1. This Quick Tip shows how to add a logo-ed signature by copying and pasting.

  2. For a simple signature, go to the LINK Inbox, tap the Gear icon. Scroll to the bottom of Settings to Signature. Type in your signature. Tap the Diskette icon to Save.

  3. If your firm populates signatures from Active Directory, LINK can be configured to add AD signatures automatically. That is covered elsewhere.

In LINK, go to an email in which you are the Sender.

Go to the LINK Inbox.

Tap the Settings / Gear icon in the upper right.

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.

Find the Signature section.

Paste the Signature into this section.

Tap the Diskette icon in the upper right of the page to save.

Send yourself a text email in LINK.

If the signature does not appear the first time, don’t worry. Send a second test email. It may take a second email for it to register.
