In February 2024 we introduced LINK Notes - a new application for taking notes, organizing notes, and sharing notes to either OneDrive, Outlook/Exchange, or to a Windows File Share, as the firm chooses.

LINK Notes is included in the LINK App.

Use Notes on iOS/iPad OS and Android devices, then sync to OneDrive, Outlook, or Windows File Shares.

How to Make a Note on Your Smartphone or Tablet

  • Go to My Files or the LINK Notes Tile.

  • Tap the + sign to add a file.

  • Select a Note Type, e.g. Blank Note.

  • Handwrite, type, dictate or draw to create your note.

  • You may embed images and audio files.

  • Tap in the blue filename field to change the file name.

Save a Note to an Existing or New Folder

Tap in the blue filename field to rename the file.

  • To file to an exiting Folder, tap on the Folder.

  • Type in Folder Name. Tap Save.

  • To view the Note, in Browse Folders, tap the Folder.

LINK Notes in Outlook

  • LINK Notes may be synced as PDF files to Outlook.

  • Go to your Outlook Inbox Folders in Desktop Outlook, M365, or in the LINK Email App.

Note: The law firm IT team will configure LINK to be synced with Outlook/Exchange.
