No There are three ways to look up a Client or Client-Matter in LINK.

1. In Search - type in a few letters of Client and Matter names.

From the main folder screen, tap the Search Glass icon in the lower right.

In the Client field, type in a few letters of Client name. here, “Enr.” Tap on the Client name from the drop-down list.

You can now tap Return on the keyboard (or the Search Glass icon) to find all of the Matters for this Client. Or, go to next step to find the specific Client-Matter.

Type in a few letters of the Matter name, here, “Ar.”

Tap on the Matter name from the drop down list.

Now tap Return on the keyboard (or the Search Glass icon) to run the search.

LINK will display the Client-Matter folder.

Tap on it to view its sub-folders.

2. In Search - tap on blue field names to select Client or Client-Matter from the list.

Start in the LINK Search screen by tapping the Search Glass icon in the lower right. See above.

In LINK, when text is in blue, tap on it to get a list.

Here, tap on the blue “Client.”

From the overlay at the right, tap on the desired Client.

You can now tap Return on the keyboard (or the Search Glass icon) to find all of the Matters for this Client. Or, go to the next step to find the specific Client-Matter.

For Matter, tap on the blue “Matter.” Tap on the Matter name from the overlay on the right.

Then tap Return on the keyboard (or tap the Search Glass icon) to run the search.

LINK will display the Client-Matter folder.

Tap on the folder name to display its sub-folders.

3. Use the quick Lookup feature.

From the main folders screen, tap “Workspace & File Lookup.”

In the Client field, type in a few letters of the Client name. Tap on the Client name from the drop-down list.

If you want the list of Matters for this Client, tap Lookup now. LINK will display a list of Client-Matter folders

Or, to go the specific Client-Matter, see the next step.

In the Matter field, type in a few letters in the Matter name.

Tap on the desired Client-Matter name.

Tap Lookup.

LINK will present display the Client-Matter folder.

Tap on the folder name to display the sub-folders.
