When we have this information and can build it into the VM images, it makes the total deployment time shorter. For instance, we can typically deploy LINK in two hours over Zoom when we have a thorough response to this questionnaire.
When we are working with you, we recommend that you distribute the questionnaire to all IT stakeholders, e.g., Exchange, AD, DMS, admins and most importantly, the firewall/DMZ/networking tech. After they have seen the questionnaire, we recommend a short conference call for us to answer any questions. Most of this is very straightforward, but we like to make sure that the firewall architecture and configurations are understood in advance of the deployment.
